community code of conduct

This is an accountable space. As PWB Community Members, we agree to:

• Engage in respectful, considerate and inclusive communication honouring cultural differences and building awareness.

• Practice calling in vs. calling out.

• Prioritize equity-seeking groups (BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, Disabled people, etc) in the space.

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of members.

• Seek to build and repair relationships when necessary when harm is caused intentionally or unintentionally.

• Seek to practice our Code of Ethics (a constant work in progress with contributions from the community).

• Please engage in healthy communication (name your needs, no gossiping, etc).
