I agree to have my video on for the duration of the course.

With the exception of brief restroom/water breaks.

I agree to participate to the fullest of my ability — community growth depends on the inclusion of every individual voice.

There will be specific slides that ask for written responses. We expect everyone to write a response into the chat for these slides unless you are physically unable to do so, in which case we will make alternate arrangements. During all other discussion, please feel free to raise hand, unmute, or share in the chat.

I will respectfully challenge others by asking questions, but will refrain from personal attacks — focus on ideas and practice calling in vs. calling out.

I agree to confidentiality. I understand that the workshop will be recorded for accountability and/or training purposes only by the PWB team, however I may not screenshot or record elements of the workshop or save the chat.

I understand that the PWB community is international and diverse. I will use “I” statements rather than referring to “we,” “they” or “us.”

I understand that PWB facilitators reserve the right to mute or remove anyone who is disrupting, derailing, or hijacking conversations, and or to move on for the sake of time.

I understand that PWB prioritizes the comfort of BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+ and Disabled folx in this workshop and I do not expect anyone from an equity-seeking group to carry the burden of educating me by way of illustrating their experiences or expounding their trauma.
